Hip Hop Heels

Hip Hop Heels is a dance fitness class designed for women, where students learn moves that encourage confidence and enjoyment of dance. The classes are a fusion of various hip hop dance styles, complemented with the attitude and flare of jazz, along with the sensuality of burlesque and ballroom.

The studio offers weekly classes, including Pumps N' Grinds, L.A. Diva, and Video Vixen, each with its own unique style and focus. Classes are open style, allowing students to join at any time, and are held at the Centre for Dance studio in Richardson, Texas.

Hip Hop Heels also offers workshops, parties, and private lessons, including performance training and choreography for video projects and events. The studio aims to create a community of women who enjoy dancing and growing together.

To participate in classes, students are required to pre-register and wear comfortable workout clothes, including high heel boots or shoes with a heel of less than 4 inches. Knee pads are also recommended, and students should bring a small towel and water to class.
